Design like the way we live

(Design beauty - part 1.)

Design, design, design. You will often hear this word but what it really means!? Thay are trying to enforce through the media, designed watch, designed packaging, no onetries to explain what it means, but only to impose a word to justify a higher price and were partly right.

DESIGN is a like whore told us in college. Its given to much, costs are higher than it should be, and easily satisfies us and made us happy.

Design is something nice.

Design is something nice. Of course it is true, because why you should buy something that is ugly. Beautiful is something that is beautiful in all times, said my professor of philosophy and Nietzsche before him. Nice is something we do not discuss, though I do not agree entirely with that either. Beauty is a matter of culture, when we learn about beauty then we will accepts, adopts and integrates in our heads what is generally define as beauty. Design is than a matter of culture, education, awareness of beauty. Design something nice is to meet the vast majority and their knowledge about beauty.

Design is not only in beauty, its common mistake that majority thinks. Design is strong word, in that word is usually integrated many other words that we call components. You may be great painter, drawer, great sculptor or to have great taste and to know what is for vast majority nice and still you are not great designer. How? So design is more than beauty more than great taste.

In fact, in essence, design is customer satisfaction who have that design product.

Make humanity batter, happier, more efficient, that is main goal.

Designer should be man that could archive that goal and his design should be instrument that make that happen.
